Mr. Gade concentrates his practice in the area of real estate litigation and transactions, which covers a board range of commercial and residential real estate matters, including seller disclosure matters, construction defects, title disputes, tax assessment appeals, landlord tenant disputes and mechanics’ liens for commercial and residential properties. Mr. Gade works closely with the Firm’s shareholders and clients to help navigate the legal aspects of real estate matters, providing practical and detail-orientated guidance. Blair H. Granger, Esquire and David J. Mr. Granger and Mr. Scaggs have served on the faculty of the Montgomery County Community College, teaching courses on purchasing residential resale and new construction property.
